Job Description

As a Brand Manager, your role encompasses implementing the Global Brand Strategy and tailoring it to the German and Czechian markets. This involves translating the Global Brand Guidelines into local relevant executions and to ensure an optimal customer experience across all touchpoints. Reporting to the Country General Manager with oversight from the Regional Head of Brand Europe, your main responsibilities are the following:

  • Managing all brand actions in alignment with HQ’s strategy and minding the current commercial challenges. This includes event management, media and PR planning, brand scenography, trade tools, sponsorships, as well as constant attention to improving customer experience in our boutiques.
  • Your goal is to represent the brand with excellence in execution, developing and evaluating creative solutions to enhance brand image and awareness.
  • You will oversee the 360-degree brand plan, including event activations, boutique bespoke actions, media exposure and PR efforts, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and budgetary considerations.
  • Additionally, you will manage the annual budget & rolling forecast with an effective follow up and tracking for the German & Czech affiliate, as well as joint venture partnerships, while collaborating closely with the retail teams to develop and monitor  accurate KPIs and objectives.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key partners, strategic organizations and opinion leaders is crucial.
  • Leading and managing the German brand team effectively.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a degree in marketing or communication
  • Minimum of 2-3 year of experience in a Brand related role with people management, ideally in the luxury industry
  • Strong customer orientation, with a commitment to quality and attention to detail
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and proven ability to implement brand strategies effectively
  • Excellent proficiency in both German and English.
