Early Careers Recruiter – DACH (M/W/D)

Cybercrime is predicted to cost the world $10.5 Trillion annually by 2025 – we invite you to be part of the solution! Our Talent Acquisition organisation is growing, and we are now looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team supporting hiring for our Go-to-Market organisation.

As a Sales Recruiter at SoSafe, you will develop deep partnerships with your stakeholders, your peers and with our wider People team. Your business acumen, passion for recruiting and delivering an exceptional candidate experience and a genuine commitment for thinking outside the box are core skills needed to succeed in this role. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire recruitment process including hiring manager intake, interview team kick off, candidate sourcing, application review, candidate screening, interview strategy and offer process.
  • Apply and adapt broader talent acquisition strategies (employer branding, internal recruiting, diversity, etc.) within your designated function or market. 
  • Leverage relevant advertising resources and apply other relevant candidate marketing strategies to create local, regional and global awareness (if needed) in order to attract qualified applications for key roles within your area of responsibility.
  • Leverage other sourcing channels such as universities and job fairs to identify prospective candidates 
  • Build, engage and maintain talent pipelines of former and prospective candidates for evergreen and future roles
  • Plan and participate in strategic planning meetings with functional/market leadership and key business partners of all levels to understand current and upcoming requirements in order to build a strategy on effective recruitment activities for positions within your area of responsibility.
  • Conduct review meetings with business leaders and key business partners to provide an overview of recruiting achievements as well as opportunities to improve hiring performance moving forward.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs on compensation, benchmarking and day to day at offer stage in the recruitment life cycle and manage the relationship with the candidate to close the position.
  • Partner with sourcing colleagues to build an exceptional pipeline of qualified, diverse candidates
  • Utilize recruitment systems effectively following key standards, documenting key actions, recommending improvements and ensuring all data is accurate for reporting purposes.
  • Lead and participate in additional recruitment initiatives and people team projects as and when they arise

Requirements:

 

  • At least five years go to market, full lifecycle recruiting experience within software companies
  • Strong track record of driving a holistic recruiting strategy (i.e. talent mapping, working with employer branding or driving employer branding activities)
  • Strong ability to leverage data to support recruiting efforts, stakeholder conversations and business planning decisions.
  • High level of strategic partnership and collaboration with commercial business leaders
  • Ability to thrive, deliver and work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities 
  • Previous experience in agency recruitment would be highly desirable but not necessary
  • Strong proficiency with recruiting technology tools and an interest in trialing new ones (We use Greenhouse as our ATS and previous experience would be a distinct advantage)
  • Fluent in both English and German
