As a facility manager (m/f/d), you will support us in our apartment buildings, The Rix I and Rix II, in Berlin Neukölln. No technical challenge that may arise in our lodging facilities is too big for you at first. You independently find clever, practical, and sustainable solutions, fix what is possible yourself, and coordinate otherwise. Variety and different challenges shape this position. Your skill and attentiveness are essential for an outstanding guest experience and thus for the quality of our brand.

Deine Aufgaben

• You support our team on-site and are responsible for the ongoing operation of the buildings.
• You continuously oversee the commissioning of our new lodging facilities.
• You manage the quality control on-site to maintain the property.
• You ensure the proper, safe, and clean condition of the buildings, inventory, and their exterior areas, and are responsible for safety duties, including the elimination of potential hazards and defects.
• You act as the contact person for external service providers and contractors.
• You perform traditional facility management tasks and handle minor repair work.
• You monitor maintenance intervals, such as for elevators, and oversee the execution of tasks by contracted maintenance companies.
• You inspect and manage technical facilities.
• You conduct apartment inspections.
• You are on voluntary call for emergencies and incidents.

Dein Profil

• You have completed a vocational training in a trade and have several years of professional experience in the mentioned areas, ideally in the hospitality industry.
• You are skilled in craftsmanship and well-organized.
• You have a technical and digital understanding and can work well with apps.
• You see yourself as a doer.
• You have a friendly, confident, and professional demeanor.
• You excel in customer orientation, independence, willingness to perform, reliability, and conscientiousness, as well as in teamwork and flexibility.
• You hold a valid driver’s license (Class B).
