Fleet Technical & Economic New Developments Performance Manager (d/f/m)

Your location
At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities
As part of the Reliability Activity:

  • Set-up & manage New Developments Reliability Referentials by identifying the reference reliability figures to be used, in cooperation with all stakeholders such as ILS Managers, RAMT Coordinators and Design Office

  • Lead and be the Point of Contact for Reliability Topics concerning AHD civil In-development Products

As part of the Maintenance Activity:

  • Set-up & manage New Developments Maintenance Referentials referential by building the referential, modeling the future maintenance plan and estimating or measuring Maintenance Man Hours (MMH)

  • Stay aligned with the latest assumptions from LSA and provide reference metrics

  • Support specific MMH simulation requests from Design Office and S&S MFT

As Focal Point:

  • Be the Airbus Helicopters (AH) In-Service Data team focal point of contact towards New Developments Multi-Functional Teams

  • Ensure Activities coordination with H135, H145 & New Developments Program Support Organization

  • Support to Drive Methods & Tools harmonization between programs (e.g. AH/AHD)

Desired skills and qualifications

  • You are educated to a bachelors or master’s degree level in Aeronautics or comparable

  • You have good knowledge with regard to the Standard IT Tools and databases, as wells as in SAP BW

  • Overall knowledge of the helicopter (H/C) and/or H/C configuration management

  • You are interested in RAMT (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability & Testability) aspects of the H/C in-service life

  • Knowledge of working with Technical Publications as an user is a plus

  • You bring statistical and analytical skills

  • Business English and German, French is a plus
