THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

As Founder’s Associate Intern, you will work very closely with our Head of Finance Leon as well as our Founder Andreas (ex-McKinsey ecommerce Lead) to operate at maximum ability.

This means to create transparency (by developing department reportings or ad-hoc analyses), to prepare decisions (by carrying out ad-hoc analyses & special projects) and to ensure efficient operations (by preparing meetings). In doing so, you will receive unique insights into the machinery of one of the fastest growing and most exciting start-ups in Europe.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Prepare business-critical presentations for our Founders addressing the team or external stakeholders (e.g., All-hands, townhalls, investors, prospective clients)
  • Set-up, maintain, and enhance recurring analyses to give the founders strong visibility into the state of our business (e.g., building out our competitor wiki)
  • Run ad-hoc analyses and research
  • Establish processes and best-practices to help our organization mature (e.g., harmonization of data and knowledge flows between different departments and tools)
  • Conduct hands-on CEO office duties (e.g., logistics behind offsite, all-hands)

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND VALUES

  • You’ve worked in fast-paced environments before, e.g., in top-tier management consulting, private equity, investment banking, venture capital or high-growth startups
  • You have strong PPT and Excel skills (ThinkCell is a significant plus)
  • You are highly structured, have very good analytical skills, and know how to divide-and-conquer complex problems by yourself, allowing you to take ownership and execute projects quickly
  • You are known among your peers for a high level of integrity and humbleness
  • You have minimum of 3 months time to ride with us and continue building up our company
  • You have excellent English writing and conversational skills (German is a significant plus)
