About the role 

As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a Global Head of People and Culture to shape and drive our global people strategy and set the stage for the next era of Speexx. You will collaborate with our local and global P&C Team to create new processes, structures, and ways of working that foster a vibrant, inclusive, and high-performing culture that perfectly aligns with our long-term business goals. We’re looking for an experienced HR leader with a deep knowledge of organizational development and a genuine passion for employee engagement and satisfaction. What you’ll do 

HR Strategy and Planning 

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support Speexx’s overall business goals.  
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team on all people-related matters.  
  • Build compensation schemes, including bonus tools, to ensure fair and efficient pay structures. 
  • Evaluating company structure and design to achieve business goals through workforce planning and talent management. 

 Organizational Development and Performance Management 

  • Develop career pathing frameworks, including grading and benchmarking to guide employee growth and advancement 
  • Develop talent management programs, including succession planning and leadership development.  
  • Leverage Speexx’s own people development solutions to support employee growth.  

Talent Management 

  • Drive talent management strategies to position Speexx as an employer or choice. 
  • Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.  
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.  

 Culture and Employee Engagement 

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture aligned with Speexx’s values.  
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.  
  • Implement programs and initiatives that promote employee well-being and engagement.  

 

What we’re looking for:    

  • Background: A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR management experience, demonstrating a proven track record of establishing effective structures in a scale-up environment. 
  • Proven HR Leadership: Extensive experience in strategic HR management and organizational development. 
  • Hands-on Achiever: A solution-oriented leader with a proactive, hands-on approach to overcoming challenges. 
  • Data Driven Decision Maker: Analytical and data-driven in making informed decisions. 
  • Interpersonal skills: Exceptional communication skills, empathy, and collaboration abilities, excelling in multicultural team settings to guide teams toward shared goals. 
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both spoken and written English, with additional language skills considered an advantage.
