INTRO
Stratosphere Games is an AAA mobile game developer based in Berlin, Germany, looking for a Product Manager to support the development of existing and upcoming projects.
As Product Manager, you are working closely with the Producers and key stakeholders of the project to assure the success of the project. You will be responsibly discussing the roll-out and operations plan and realizing it. Therefore, you will be the direct contact for areas of marketing, sales, and operations. You are the go-to person for everything related to the product’s live operations.
YOUR MISSION
Creating and maintaining a roll-out and operations plan
Working against this plan to achieve KPI-driven success
Working together with the Producer to ensure that the product is reflecting the needs of the community
Driving tasks and sub-projects through the organization
Crafting market research and KPI reports and analyzing them to provide the development team with valuable information
Making sure the project is hitting the planned KPI
Main fields of responsibilities (hands-on and managing at the beginning): Product Management, Marketing, and Communication (together with our Senior Community Manager)
YOUR PROFILE
Experience as a Product Manager/Live Producer in mobile games (mid-core)
Experience with Live Operations
Good communication skills in English
Ability to organize yourself and your colleagues
Self-starting mindset and a strong feeling of ownership for the product
Ability to work with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience in working with project planning software (we currently use JIRA)
Knowledge in either product management and marketing
