How you can get involved

Join BRITA as a „Sales Analyst Consumer Business (m/f/d)  and play a key role in shaping our consumer sales strategies!

You will analyze sales data and market trends, providing actionable insights that support our global and regional decision-making. This position offers you significant opportunities for professional growth and a chance to influence the future of our consumer business. Your most important tasks at a glance:

  • You collect, analyze, and report sales data using a variety of analytical tools.
  • You provide regular detailed sales reports as well as ad hoc analysis and dashboards for management review.
  • Tracking key metrics such as sales volume, revenue, market share, profitability and other KPIs is a key part of your job.
  • You present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Your tasks include conducting comprehensive market research to understand consumer behavior, competitor strategies, and market opportunities.
  • You translate findings into strategic recommendations to enhance sales performance.
  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, controlling, and operations to support business objectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Additionally you identify inefficiencies in the sales process and recommend improvements.


To realize your full potential with us, it would be great if you brought the following with you:

  • Experience in sales analysis, market research, or business analytics, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Proficient in using advanced analytics tools and software
  • Excellent English language skills required, German is a plus
  • Strong ability to analyze complex data sets
  • Working collaboratively with multiple departments, including sales, marketing and controlling
