Let’s connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the IT Enduser Enabling Serivces team at our headquarters in Hanover / Germany, join us on a permanent basis, commencing at the earliest possible date as a Team Manager IT Enduser Enabling Services. 

You can look forward to

  • Disciplinary management and further development of the IT Enduser Enabling Services team, responsibility for the IT platforms used to produce digital learning content in various formats (video, podcast, WBT etc.) for IT users
  • Conceptual development of the range of digital formats in support and user training at Hannover Re
  • Supporting our specialist departments in the conversion of classic training and events into digital formats
  • Responsibility for the global support of the specialist departments in the design, organisation and implementation of digital training courses
  • Continuous further development of the responsible subject areas and associated processes
  • Key figure reporting of the global processes responsible, including identification of measures to increase efficiency and quality

You come equipped with

  • Practical experience in the creation of digital learning content (e.g. short videos, e-learning formats) and the associated production platforms (production processes such as editing and dubbing)
  • Experience in the use of different digital media and channels for content provision
  • Initial management experience, e.g. in the context of projects or working group management
  • Completed studies in media management and communication or design or (business) informatics with practical professional experience in one of the above-mentioned fields
  • Very good communication and presentation skills in English and German
  • Solution-orientated, analytical and proactive way of working
  • Strong co-operation, teamwork and conflict management skills
