Working Student – HR Authorizations

Join our team as a Working Student – HR Authorizations, where you will focus our HR Community in all maters of our service requests. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to  the smooth running of our business through your expertise.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Processing HR Tickets (access requests and access issues) 
  • Rrequesting manager HR accesses
  • Check and approve role requests via the Identity and Access Management System 

Qualifications

Personality: 

  • You have good communication skills 
  • You have interest in SAP/technical topics
  • You are a quick thinker
  • You are customer and service-oriented and enjoy working with people and with some degree of independence
  • You are self-organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated and take responsibility
  • You have an eye for details and keep an overview and structure, also when times are busy

Professional Skills: 

  • You are fluent in English written and spoken (we are working in an international team)
  • You are an enrolled as a student and study business, economics, media , human resources, IT or a comparable course of studies and are at least in the third semester of your bachelor’s degree or in your master’s degree.
  • You have experience in SAP HR, this is a plus
  • You have working knowledge of MS Office 365 (including MS teams)
  • Open and proactive personality
  • Strong organizational skills

Additional Information

Starting date: as soon as possible 

Working hours: maximum 20 hours per week, during semester breaks up to 37 hours per week (full-time) possible

Location: Hamburg, this Position is Hybrid and some Physical presence in the office will be required

Duration: minimum of 6 month, preferable longer
